Board Candidates Announcement
The St James Plantation POA Nominating Committee announces the following candidates for election to the POA Board of Directors. Links for the resumes of the candidates are below.
Candidates for the three-year term, two positions available:
The election will take place at the Annual Meeting on October 12, 2019. The formal Annual Meeting package will be sent to all members by August 30, 2019. The package will include candidate resumes, the 2020 Budget, and other information. If you are unable to attend the Annual Meeting, you may fill out a proxy form that is included in the package. You may complete the proxy and mail it or drop it off at the POA office. Beginning September 6th you will be able to complete your proxy on the website and submit it electronically. Proxies will be accepted through October 10, 2019.
August OIM to Include Presentation from Brunswick County's Sheriff's Office
Thursday, August 22, 2019 at 4:00 pm, the POA Board will hold the monthly Open Information Meeting at the St. James Community Center. A Power Point presentation will be given updating owners on current projects and initiatives. Questions and comments from the floor conclude the meeting.
There will be a special presentation from the Brunswick County Sheriff's office covering local crime statistics plus a discussion of the opioid epidemic currently challenging Brunswick County.
